Yolcu plot

Based on a play by Nazim Hikmet, this story is set in the harsh winter of 1921. The only visitors to a station in no man's land, somewhere in Eastern Anatolia, are only trains that take soldiers to the front and transport the wounded again. We follow the experiences of the three residents of this station: the station master, who lost an eye during the war; his depressed wife and a switchman she flirts with. The War of Independence, which is then fiercely underway, takes place far from their beds for them. Until a special soldier joins them...
