Squadron Leader X plot
"Gestapo terror roams London, itself!"
Equipped with an RAF uniform, an English accent, a photo of his 'wife' and a pack of Players cigarettes, a German agent Erich Kohler is dropped in occupied Belgium. His secret mission is to spread anti-British propaganda. Bad luck for Eric, but he chose the same night that the Belgian Resistance wants to put the crew of a British bomber across the Channel. Before he knows it, he makes landfall on the south coast of England. The British MI5 discovers his true identity and hunts for him. Eric tries to get in touch with German friends in London, but they all turn out to be interned on the Isle of Man. Can Erich still escape to Germany?
