Sabre Jet plot
"THE HIGH AND MIGHTY SAGA OF THE JET-BLASTING ACES WHO FLY THE WORLD'S HOTTEST SKIES !"
During the Korean War, the wives of a squadron of pilots who fight in Korea live at the 'Itazuke Air Base' in Japan. One day the women are visited by the journalist Jane Carter, who wants to write an article about the daily life of these wives at the barracks. She also hopes to gain more insight into why her marriage to an army pilot has failed. Then Jane discovers that her ex-husband Gil Manton is commander of the squadron. Gil becomes confused, but then Robert E. "Bob" Hale, Marge's husband, goes missing after a mission over North Korea.
