Xenomelia plot

A terraced house in Amstelveen. A man who feels estranged from his long-distance girlfriend develops a dark fascination with the neighbor, whom he spies from his home. A package he accepts and opens for her turns out to have a gruesome content — which matches the screaming and crying he hears through the wall. Out of compassion or a twisted desire to be with her, he offers her a part of himself.
