"A love story with heart, and a kidney."
A man is on vacation with his wife and wakes up in an ice bath. He determines that he is missing a kidney. It's only a matter of time before he finds his wife in the adjoining room, waiting like the next victim of a terrible organization that robs people of their organs. Now they must put aside their differences and use their wits and skills to escape.
