Allyson and her fiancé Eric have bought a house. To cover some costs they decide to rent out the guest house. Joshua is the new tenant and wants to pay a lot of rent for a short stay. Joshua seems to be the perfect tenant at first, until Allyson and Eric begin to feel uncomfortable with his behavior.
