Terror Tract plot

"Horror has a new home."

Real estate agent Bob Carter doesn't understand why three beautiful homes can't be sold. These are first class houses in top condition, you could move in right away. But the houses have a bloody history. All previous residents have died or gone insane. Today is the day when they will succeed in selling one of the houses to a newly married couple. Will it be the Freemont house, where Sarah's sadistic husband won't rest in his grave at the bottom of the lake? Or the house of the Gatleys, where a demonic monkey terrorizes the family. Or will they buy the Goodwin house, where Sean could peer into the mind of a maniacal killer. Bob really wants to sell, he will do anything for that.
