Private detective Jack Ramsey (Patrick Bergin) is hired to track Isabelle Whitmore (Jayne Heitmeyer) because her wealthy husband Richard (Daniel Pilon) suspects she's cheating on him with another man. When her lover is found dead, Richard is suspected of the murder. But people with money have the power, so Jack is ordered to shut up and identify someone else as a suspect. When Isabelle and Jack fall madly in love and start a relationship, the whole situation spirals out of control. No one is safe anymore and everyone is suspicious.
