Sleepwalker plot

Katey Summers is such a sleepwalker that her father and author Dan had to put a gate at the top of the stairs in their mansion. Despite this, she makes long wanderings at night and often begins to have a recurring dream, in which an old man is murdered by a young man in Victorian costume. Katey begins to believe that she is dreaming of a real murder.
