Scar Tissue plot

"Some Wounds will never Heal"

After a wild birthday night, Luke wakes up to find his friend dead in the bathroom. Through a cryptic message he tracks down police officer Sam. However, she has been laid off due to her temperamental nature and breaking the rules. Together they discover DNA material from a serial killer who has been dead for 22 years and who also killed Sam's sister. They must work together to solve the mystery.
