"A Fatal Obsession..."

Sonia (Sweta Bharadwaj) is a single mother who adopts her sister's daughter Suhani (Sheena shahabadi) after her sister and brother-in-law are killed in an accident at her hands. Sonia and her maid Maria (Farida Jalal) spoil Suhani so she doesn't have time to miss her parents. This has the opposite effect on Suhani and an obsessive relationship develops between them. She won't let anything come between her and her mother. One day Suhani sees Sonia and a friend arguing. Suhani kills him, and Sonia takes the blame and goes to prison for seven years...
