Quito plot

Carla is in Berlin with her husband on her way to the plane to fly to Ecuador to pick up their adopted child there. In the taxi, however, her husband confesses to having called it off. Carla flies to Barcelona alone in an attempt to fly to Quito and pick up the baby. On the plane she meets the charming Raúl, who lets her smuggle a statuette through customs. Carla has to wait 48 hours in Barcelona to connect to Ecuador, during which time she has two inspectors after her: the Spanish Antonio and the German Kurt.
