"In the road of a rising tide, a storm of terror is raging."

Couple Scott and Terry have financial problems. A knee surgery is necessary for Scott, but he doesn't have the money for it. He sees only one way out. Several years ago, his younger brother committed a theft and buried the loot. Scott and Terry look for the money in hopes of paying for the surgery. But along the way, they come into contact with Vincent Spinetti, who has just escaped from a mental institution and unexpectedly complicates their search...
