"A view to die for"
Knox and his wife Tracey live in Detroit. They travel to Malibu when Knox's mother dies. Knox had lost touch with her, but she did bequeath him a house on a beach. However, there has been a fire and the house has to be renovated. Knox is a contractor by trade and enlists the help of local handymen. Knox and Tracey plan to sell the house later so they can top up their savings account. What they don't know is that a derailed woman lives under the house. She is not happy with the arrival of Knox and Tracey and sees the couple as intruders.
