Open Fire plot

By the time the transvestite David Martin (Rupert Graves) is 25, he has already served 9 years in prison and has escaped several times from a penitentiary. He is a master burglar and a born seducer. In a disco he meets Sue Stephens (Kate Hardie), who keeps her head above water with all kinds of jobs, because as a fashion model she earns too little. For the first time in his life, David falls for a woman, while Sue, who is bizarre and naive at the same time, becomes fascinated by him. When David makes a big heist, he is caught by two patrol officers. He shoots one of the two unarmed officers dead to avoid being arrested.
