Nada plot
A group of anarchists of different ideology kidnap the American ambassador, but are filmed by the Intelligence Service. During their fights over what to do with the hostage, the remote ranch where they await their ransom is attacked by the Gendarmerie. The government has to act decisively, so that the terrorists can be portrayed as life-threatening and bloodthirsty.
