Messages plot

"Victims are crying out from the grave. But the only one who hears them may be their killer."

American pathologist Richard Murray lives in England and still mourns his wife Carol, who died eight months earlier in a car accident. At the time of the accident, he was having an affair with a woman and due to his guilt, he now drinks too much whiskey, causing further blackouts. Meanwhile, a serial killer is active in the vicinity of Murray's residence and two other Americans, a cop and a psychologist, are invited to join the case. Then Murray starts receiving messages from beyond and seeks help from Pastor Randall.
