Koringberg plot

Ruan and Letitia Roodennacht are a young couple who exchange their busy city life for the quiet countryside. In search of their roots, they end up in the farming village of Koringberg. In the idyllic town - almost a ghost town, with deserted gravel roads and people who look shyly through the net curtains - they are very happy in the beginning. But something is wrong. Who is the beautiful, wounded colored man who keeps seeing Letitia wandering the streets at night? What is Koringberg's secret, and why are the residents hiding from the newcomers?
