Ipnosi plot

Erik is the assistant at a performance by George, a famous ventriloquist and hypnotist, and his fiancée Magda. He is secretly in love with her and kills anyone who gets in the way of his obsession. Gradually he becomes more and more unbalanced and devastated, being frightened by the mocking sound the ventriloquist's doll makes. One day, someone breaks into the ventriloquist's dressing room and the thief is caught in the act. He knocks George unconscious and flees. Erik has also seen him.
