Etter Rubicon plot

A nuclear accident occurs along the coast of Norway during a NATO exercise. Two boys sailing their boat along the same coast are hospitalized with strange complaints. Doctor Hoff (Sverre Anker Ousdal) can no longer save them and shortly after each other the boys die. Shortly afterwards, Hoff is informed that a ship is drifting off the coast. The Secret Service is investigating, but the results are not made public. That is the sign for Hoff to start collecting evidence himself.
