Deliberate Intent plot

A college teacher teaching free speech, the First Amendment, is one day approached by a lawyer. He asks the teacher to defend them at the trial against the publisher Paladin Press. They have published the book Hit-man which gives the instructions to commit murders. But "The First Amendment" naturally gives Paladin Press the right to publish anything. But this goes too far according to the prosecutors, but it will not be easy to convince the court.
