De Grens plot

Hans Deitz, journalist, travels to Southern Europe accompanied by his wife Marleen to interview a terrorist. Through an intermediary they end up in a village, Cuencas, where Marleen panics during the violent rituals of the annual village festival and decides to leave. Then it turns out that the terrorists are only using the interview as bait. They force Hans to witness the attack on a high-ranking soldier and demand that he justify it in an article. Hans refuses and manages to escape after the massacre. Captured by Rosa, the widow of an executed terrorist, who forces him to help her leave the country, Hans eventually only knows the will to survive.
