Dark Rage plot

Jason and Kate move into a bland apartment complex, unaware that their presence attracts the attention of a vicious serial killer, the apparently kind landlord, Ned Harris (Christopher Dunne). Although you wouldn't say it at first glance, Harris is a ticking time bomb inside. Curious Harris discovers he's not the only one keeping an eye on the new couple. The voyeur Paul James also follows the couple's every move. When Harris's frequent presence starts to stand out, Jason and Kate find themselves in the middle of a deadly fight between Harris and a deranged tenant.
