Border Blues plot

The Russian mother of a five-year-old child tries to find her fugitive husband in Mexico. She hires a dishonest cop and a smuggler to help search. Meanwhile, a serial killer sends a large amount of letter bombs to people in Los Angeles. The police officers who investigate these letter bombs discover that this case has to do with the Russian wanted in Mexico.
