Amnestie plot

Amnesty captures a world controlled by the secret state police in communist Czechoslovakia, where dissidents communicate through secret messages and people spy on members of their own families. The Velvet Revolution of November 1989 brings a dawn of democracy and opens up new opportunities. Strangely enough, not all prisoners of the infamous Leopoldov prison - many of them political hostages from the communist establishment - are given amnesty. Prisoner Drahoš Lupko, a reluctant hero, must overcome enormous obstacles to fight for his rights.
