A Killer with Two Faces plot

Serial killer Terry Spelling escapes from a mental institution and meets the young, attractive Patty on the train. He lies to her that he is an architect and she asks him to accompany her to an old house she has bought to renovate. Spelling agrees, but when Patty meets him the next day, he seems like a completely different man and is very quiet and shy.
