Visions plot

Detective Frank Moreno is electrocuted to a hospital bed after getting close to the culmination of a murder investigation. When he wakes up, Frank realizes he's lost his sight. But he now has extrasensory perceptions. The blind detective reopens the murder investigation, but is soon chased by a national security agent and his team of corrupt government agents. Their plan is jeopardized by Frank Moreno's psychic powers and they want to silence him.
