The Chip Factor plot

Five people are taking part in a 72-hour study where they will be implanted with microchips. The participants are unaware of the deadly side effects of the chips when challenged to survive during a three-day trial set-up. The dangerous chips are tested on random subjects who start to behave strangely because of all the side effects. With a race for life and against time, a battle of the mind against technology begins.
