Secret government experiments related to time travel are being halted because it is considered too dangerous. The chief scientist has run off with the technology and a hunt has been launched for him. When it turns out that he has disappeared on a plane flight, everything is done to make the plane return. But the plane disappears from the radar. Several secret agents try to find the plane.
