In the future, a totalitarian government called Sodality has taken over and drove the people underground. Jacob Stryker escapes from a prison complex where he was subjected to bizarre experiments to produce an unstoppable warrior race. He searches for his son Caleb who has the same government-sponsored disorder as himself: when he gets angry he can transform into a wolf.
