Jim plot

"The Birth of a New World Order"

After his wife's death, Jim is on the run. However, a vision of his wife convinces him to put his energies into an act of creation. Armed with his wife's frozen eggs, Jim hires a major biotech company to create an heir programmed to overcome the obstacles of ordinary people. Meanwhile, in a hyper-industrialized, post-human world, a race of working clones is dominated by Niskaa, the leader of a group of genetically engineered beings. He collides with a young clone who possesses an unprecedented capacity for reason and empathy. Somehow he has a connection to Jim's dream world and the clone is displaying secrets of Nature that Niskaa has not considered…
