Final plot

Bill wakes up from a coma in the hospital. He struggles with flashbacks of his father's death, a car accident, accidental hallucinations and fits of rage. Together with the medical psychologist Ann, he tries to evaluate his own history. Confrontational sessions follow and Bill struggles with his self-diagnosis and paranoid fantasies. Slowly Bill begins to heal, but nothing is as it seems.
