Condor plot
Because the crime rate in Los Angeles has soared in 1999, 'Condor' is founded: an organization responsible for the safety of citizens. But then the organization comes on the trail of the 'Black Widow', a female career criminal in possession of the stolen national security code. She threatens to wipe Hollywood off the map with this information unless Proctor, an employee of Condor, is extradited to her. He shares a painful past with the 'Black Widow'.
