Alien Siege plot
A hostile alien race is on the brink of extinction at the hands of a deadly virus. The only thing that can save them is human blood. The aliens threaten to destroy the earth if they don't get eight million people to process for vaccinations. The daughter of scientist Stephen Chase is chosen for this. Chase won't let his daughter be taken away from him, however: he joins a group of rebels. The problems only really get out of hand when it turns out that the aliens do not keep the agreement and attack all of humanity.
