Rien à Faire plot
Marie-Do (Valeria Bruni Tedeschi) and Pierre (Patrick Dell'Isola) work for the same company, but at different positions on the hierarchy. What they have in common is that they are thrown out at the same time. Both are apparently happily married and have children. They meet at the supermarket, both have little to do and see each other more often. Anxious they realize that they have gone too far and that they need each other too much. It can't go on like this.
