Record Breaking Christmas plot

Leah Hoffman is a judge for the World Record Bureau. She gets the short end of the stick and is forced to travel to a small town just before Christmas to investigate plans to break multiple holiday world records. While falling for the town's doctor, Devan Bancroft, she discovers that the whole town is working together and that she just might be the person who can help them achieve their true Christmas goal.
