"The greatest roundup of Western stars!"
'Tucson' Smith, 'Stony' Brooke and 'Lullaby' Joslin together form the 'Three Mesquiteers'. The trio can end a stagecoach heist prematurely and capture the bandit. This bandit has a stolen mail bag with a letter, which is intended for them. The young Guadalupe Kid, a good friend of the Three Mesquiteers, turns out to have bought them a ranch and is waiting for them. However, this ranch turns out to be in an area controlled by corrupt saloon owner and politician Steve Ogden and his hired gunslinger 'Sundown' Saunders. Ogden also has deputy sheriff Brose Glascow in his sphere of influence. Saunders provokes an armed confrontation with Tucson to live up to his nickname.
