Midwinter plot

"A trip in the woods towards love"

Nadine is tired, her whole body aches from the inflammation and she can’t sleep. Her son Goldie keeps her active beyond her energy level. Her husband Jack owns a large AD agency and is a loving husband who has recently expanded his romantic life outside of his marriage to colleague Maeve… who happens to be the ex-partner of his sister-in-law, Lena. Lena is a budding music writer who, after a breakup, takes on an assignment to write about one of her favorite queer indie artists, Mia Hawthorne. Mia is looking for inspiration, a little frustrated by a high-class problem: her record company wants her to have a co-writer. The mundane poetry of life ensues.
