Le Grand Élan plot

The owner of the palace Chamonix is greedy for the inn run by Michel's uncle, where business is going badly. Michel decides to take part in a ski race to raise money and help his uncle get back on his feet. He would be defeated by Hélène if she didn't let him win generously.
