Henshin plot

Junichi is a young man who is forced to undergo a life-saving brain transplant. Kei, his girlfriend, is always by his side. Although Junichi appears to have made a full recovery, he notices that something is wrong. His feelings for Kei weaken, though he wants nothing more than to be happy with her. Junichi realizes something needs to be done and makes a bold decision to discover his true feelings for Kei.
