Gun Law plot

On his way to the town of Gunsight, Marshall Tom O'Malley finds a bandit named "Raven" who is dying. When he arrives in town, he makes the criminal Flash Arnold believe he is Raven. Arnold installs him as sheriff of the town, so that Arnold has free rein with his criminal dealings. But instead of going to the tune of Arnold, O'Malley prevents a robbery by Arnold's men. Arnold makes the townspeople believe that the sheriff is the outlaw Raven and has him framed for the attempted robbery.
