Counting Backwards plot

For Joe, an ordinary man from the small town of Sandwich, Illinois, life is anything but what he wanted. When he meets Claire, however, this changes, but then he is diagnosed with cancer. Now Joe must find a way to spend the limited time he has left as he has always wanted. He gets help from his best friend Frank and his mother Sarah.
