Broadcasting Christmas plot
Veronika Daniels works as a newsreader. When her colleague resigns and gets a job on a popular television show, she announces that she is looking for a successor. Several individuals are interested in the job, including a man named Charlie Fisher. He works as a newscaster in New York and is the son of a well-known presenter. Emily Morgan, a reporter who works in Connecticut, is also interested in the position. She will announce this via a live broadcast. Much to Veronika's delight, a competition ensues between Charlie and Emily.
