Seventy 8 is set in the small village of Arkham Heights, where years ago Renny Meeks was blamed for the death of a little girl, April Rolands. This horrific drama has been caught on film and leaves the village in a state of bewilderment. The Rolands family, who have a very large influence in the village, leave and leave the village for what it is.
