Muss 'em Up plot
"It's a gripping chapter in our great war on the underworld!"
Famous private detective Tippecanoe "Tip" O'Neil is telegrammed to the estate of his old friend Paul Harding. He discovers that this telegram was sent by Paul's attractive secretary Amy Hutchins. Paul indicates that his dog was shot by blackmailers to show that they mean it and shows Tip some threatening letters he has received. That night, Paul's ward Corinne is kidnapped by two mobsters and the next morning her driver is found dead. The kidnappers contact Tip and demand a $200,000 ransom.
