"LET'S GO! TO THE YEAR'S TOP MUSICAL SHOW!"
Julie (Betty Grable) is a popular musical star whose husband Marty (Jack Lemmon) goes missing during World War II. After a long wait, Julie gets ready to marry Marty's best friend, Vernon Lowndes (Gower Champion), though she still mourns her first husband. Shortly after the wedding, however, Marty resurfaces and claims to be Julie's rightful husband.
