Violent New Breed plot

In the future, New York is full of demons and most of the people are addicted to a drug called Raptor. Through this drug the demons manage to use the addicts as slaves. For example, addicted women are used to bring new demons into the world. At some point, however, the government decides to take measures before the entire city, and eventually the entire world, will be taken over by demons.
