Underbelly plot

Henry Rose is a young writer who is doing just fine. Until his wife suddenly disappears while admiring flowers on the side of a Texas highway. He rushes to the nearby town, but the residents don't seem to want to see him, let alone help him. Just at this moment, a bunch of crazed criminals led by the dangerous Toby Haynes also enter the town. Then when Toby's sister disappears, he takes matters into his own hands. Henry and Toby's paths cross.
