Thinestra plot

During a scorching Christmas in Los Angeles, Penny struggles with her self-image. She decides to take the mysterious diet pill Thinestra. That same night, she loses alarmingly large amounts of fat. However, the lost fat develops into a new being. Penny's doppelganger, named Penelope, is starving and out for blood.
