The Terror Factor plot

Thirty years ago, Warren Wilcox brutally killed his parents. He escapes from the asylum he was staying in and kills anyone in his path. But Wilcox isn't the only person the public should fear; another serial killer decides that it is not Wilcox, but himself who is running away with the credit and soon the massacre begins. Wilcox arrives at his parental home and finds a group of partying teenagers here, who should have looked for another place for this. Then the other serial killer arrives. Which of the two will survive the fight?
